Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
Dramatis is built with your privacy as a default, not an afterthought. This policy explains what data exists, where it lives, and what we do with it — which is very little.
Data we collect
We collect nothing. Dramatis does not have servers, accounts, or analytics. There is no registration, no login, and no data sent to us at any point.
Data stored on your device
Everything you enter in Dramatis — book titles, character names, notes, relationships — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device unless you have iCloud enabled.
iCloud sync
If you have iCloud enabled on your device and have unlocked Dramatis Pro, your data syncs across your devices via Apple's iCloud service. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We have no access to your iCloud data.
In-app purchases
Dramatis Pro is a one-time in-app purchase handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not process or store any payment information. Purchase records are managed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
Analytics and tracking
Dramatis contains no analytics, crash reporting, advertising SDKs, or any third-party tracking. We do not know how many times you open the app, what you type, or how you use it.
Third-party services
Dramatis does not integrate with any third-party services beyond Apple's own frameworks (SwiftData, StoreKit, CloudKit). No data is shared with third parties.
Children's privacy
Dramatis does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
Changes to this policy
If we ever change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page. Since we collect no data, changes are unlikely.
